CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment Policy 1. Deposit Requirement – A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service total. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations – You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. 3. Lash Fills & Retention – To qualify for a fill price, you must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. If you have less than 40%, a full set will be required, and full-set pricing will apply. 4. Payment Policy – Cash only. Please bring the exact amount, as change may not be available. 5. Arrival Time – Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed, but after that, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. 6. Please arrive on time to your appointment 10mim grace period is given, after that appointment will be canceled. No shows will be banned from booking with me again, please respect my time.
